What time does the Grand Tasting start?5:30 PM: VIP Admission Entry 6:30 PM: General Admission Entry 9:30 PM: Event Ends The Cigar & Whisky Grand Tastings will take place in the Events Center at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.

Can I smoke at the event?Yes, cigars can be enjoyed in the ballroom and outside.

Will there be food at the Grand Tasting?Yes, there will be a delicious buffet with hot and cold dishes for you to enjoy.

De we have to create a Tixr fan account to purchase tickets?Yes, in order to purchase tickets to any wine, whisky, or cigar event you must first create a Tixr fan account. However, you will only have to go though this process once. You can use the same log in information moving forward. If you have any issues creating your account please email support@tixr.com.

How do I request a refund or exchange?If you need to request a refund or exchange please send your request to events@mshanken.com.

Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?Yes, you can! To transfer your ticket please log in to your fan account on Tixr.com, click on "my events" to view your Big Smoke Meets WhiskyFest ticket. Once you see the event click on "manage transfers" and follow the prompts to transfer your ticket. Please note, this you may only transfer your ticket once. If you have any issues please reach out to events@mshanken.com.
